Finance Panel
This is the source of truth for all your deals using Capchase Pay, including payment statuses, outstanding balances, and more. Finance and Accounting teams can access all these details and download them for any reporting needs. You can access it in the navigation bar under the Pay section in the Capchase Pay Vendor Hub.
How to download a credit statement
Go to the Finance tab in the left-hand menu bar. You can filter by status or company name.
Deal details
You can click into a Buyer to see all the deal and payment status details.
Then, you can download the details to any spreadsheet tool to view and filter further.
