Step-by-step process
Step 1. Account creation
Sign-up to Capchase using your existing Google, Stripe or Xero account, or use your email address and create a password. Then add in your basic contact information.
Step 2: Product selection
Select the product you are most interested in using first. You can select both and modify your selection at any time.
Step 3: Connecting data
To get ready to start using a Capchase product, please connect your banking, billing and accounting data for a fast underwriting of your business. Utilize our pre-configured integrations with key systems, as you are able to.
Step 4: Verification
At this step, your information and financial data has been submitted, and our team is hard at work evaluating your business for the best financial capacity we can offer you to start using our product(s). While you wait for your approval status, you can access the Capchase platform to start to familiarize yourself with it, and even start qualifying your buyers. Click here to learn more about that.
User roles
- Pay Admin: This role has access to everything in the Capchase Pay application.
- Sales Executive: This role has access to create a buyer, run them through the KYB eligibility check, and create payment links.
- Finance Admin: This role only has access to the Finance Panel in the Capchase Pay application.
