Beyond funding: Why we’re partnering with Betts Recruiting

In today's business landscape, building a successful company necessitates two key ingredients: exceptional talent and access to capital. As we’ve worked with our partners, we’ve realized there’s been an overlap between what our customers need and what Betts Recruiting’s customers need. 

We’ve found that 65% of the startups we’ve financed primarily use their funding on sales and marketing, and allocate a particularly high percentage of their budget towards hiring efforts. Both Betts Recruiting and Capchase help startups with an ARR ranging from $25,000 to $100 million get the resources they need to scale. 

Our Grow solution enables startups to secure between $25,000 and $10 million in financing within 2 weeks (and sometimes within even less time). This funding is always non-dilutive, allows flexible draws, and scales alongside each applicant’s ARR and growth metrics. Using our funding, our clients have been able to achieve a 53% increase in ARR growth.

Meanwhile, Betts' innovative subscription recruiter model presents a game-changing approach to hiring that combines the cost structure of a SaaS platform with comprehensive recruiter support. By leveraging this model, Betts customers have been able to achieve a cost per hire as low as $2,000 to $3,000.
